Finding Transactions
How to Find Transactions in Roo
Start on the Reports screen
This is your home base for reviewing past activity.
Scroll down until you see Search Transactions.
That’s where all transaction history lives, no matter how old it is.
Basic Search Field
At the top of the Transaction History screen is the search field.
Use it to quickly search by:
- Merchant name
- Amount
- Keyword
If you know what you’re looking for, this is usually all you need.
Advanced Filters
For more control, click Advanced Filters at the top of the Transaction History screen.
This lets you narrow results by:
- Pouch
- Account
- Bill
- Transaction type
Advanced Filters are great when you’re investigating something specific or reviewing past activity in more detail.
