Bill Tracker

A feature that tags transactions when they are swiped to the Bills pouch, enabling Roo to:

• Track spending over time per bill (e.g. monthly electricity costs for the past year)
• Show which bills have or haven’t been paid this month, quarter, etc.
• Flag when a bill line item is no longer needed (e.g. a subscription canceled months ago)
