Troubleshooting
My transactions aren’t importing
- Check that your linked account is still connected (go to Accounts and look for a warning icon).
- Try refreshing the connection by tapping the account and selecting Refresh.
- Some institutions have occasional delays — wait a few hours and check again.
My balance doesn’t match my bank
Your Roo balance reflects cleared and pending transactions that you’ve entered or imported. Common causes of mismatches:
- Pending transactions at your bank that haven’t been imported yet.
- Transactions you haven’t categorized or approved.
- A starting balance that was entered incorrectly.
The app is running slowly
- Make sure you’re on the latest version of Roo.
- Try closing and reopening the app.
- If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and OS version.
